Market Moving Opportunities for NGV’s — How does the NGV Marketplace Capitalize on the VW Settlement & California State Implementation (SIP) Plan? The Volkswagen diesel emissions scandal settlement has resulted in $2.7 billion in new funds to put new and cleaner trucks on America’s roads over the next ten years. California’s State Implementation Plan for air quality calls for over 900,000 low-NOx trucks to be deployed by 2030. These present enormous opportunities to drive market penetration for heavy-duty natural gas trucks and lift the entire NGV marketplace. This session will focus on an industry plan to seize the opportunity and your role to get into the game.
