About this Year’s Virtual Conference

NGVAmerica’s Annual Industry Summit – NGV20 – goes virtual this year over three days – Tuesday, October 20th through Thursday, October 22nd – with live content daily from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET. Miss a session or panel discussion? No problem. All presentations will be available for registrants to view on demand for up to 30 days after our event.

NGV20 is the only dedicated natural gas in transportation alternative fuels conference and show focused on the North American market. On-road, off-road and everything in between will be featured, from traditional freight, refuse, and transit applications to growing marine, rail, and construction use. Program details are being finalized now built around daily themes: Market, Sustainability, and Public Policy.

Early Bird registration ends September 15th, and a special government employee/Clean Cities program rate is available.

Who should attend?

All NGV stakeholders, including industry executives and sustainability officers, finance principals, vehicle and equipment manufacturers and service suppliers, utility and LDC leaders, logistics personnel and fleet managers, government professionals, and market developers.

When is it?

Live online Tuesday, October 20th, Wednesday, October 21st, and Thursday, October 22nd from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET daily.

Where will the event be held?

Our 2020 event is strictly online, so you do not need to travel to a venue. All you need is internet access and either a computer, tablet or mobile device in which to login to the conference platform.

What about The Wigwam Resort venue in Phoenix?

Due to national health and travel concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Industry Summit will be held 100 percent online. NGVAmerica plans to return to the Wigwam for its 2021 event – already scheduled for October 18-21, 2021.

How do I register for this year’s event?

Registration and pre-payment are required to gain access to the conference.

What if I miss a live session or panel?

All sessions will be live recorded and cataloged for on demand viewing by all registered attendees for up to 30 days post conference.

Do I need to download or install any software to attend this event?

No. All you need is access to the internet.

Do I need a webcam to participate?

No. Some exhibitors may have the technology to host video chats, but it is not mandatory to participate. Though full participation in after hours social networking events may be enhanced with video capabilities.

What if I have issues with the technology?
